We acknowledge that this was wrong and we deeply regret our actions. We sincerely and unreservedly apologise to Xpressflower.
We undertake and promise not to repeat our actions. We acknowledge that intellectual property rights and laws ought to be respected.
We appreciate the willingness of Xpressflower to settle this matter amicably, and we further understand that Xpressflower will not hesitate to bring legal proceedings against anyone who may infringe their intellectual property rights.
